Summary: The design competition aims to select a creative design plan for reflecting the status of Suncheon City as an ecological capital city of Korea.
Description: Established in 1969, Suncheon City Hall was completely extended and reconstructed in 1979 with some parts remaining, and until the present, it has been extended 9 times and thus maintains the current shape. The purpose of the competition is to keep up with the sustainable development of Suncheon City, aim open publicness to the citizens, activate the old downtown, and construct the new City Hall featured with innovative workspaces.
