    Summary: International open two-phase architectural – landscape design contest focuses on one of the most remarkable areal of former Butchers market from 19th century – situated near Prague city center. Purpose of competition is to find best solution for public spaces in whole area.

    Description: “The subject of the solution will be the entrances to the area, individual aisles and squares, spaces between halls and city furniture. We require that the design respects the historic form of the Market, but also reflects the most modern approaches to landscape architecture, including consideration of the needs associated with climate change. The architects will design, among other things, the landscaping of the site, the management of stormwater, as well as the friendliness of the site to all age and income groups of Prague residents.”
